The classes are different everyday which keeps me interested and focused. Daniel, the trainer in most of the classes I have attended is BRILLIANT! He keeps pushing and motivating.

I feel like family when I’m there, being welcomed and accepted by all the trainers. They are full of enthusiasm especially the head trainer, she’s amazing! The trainers allow us to feel confident in all decisions we make and guide us through everything in regards to our health. Sooo welcoming! I enjoy going to the gym now because I always have a blast.

I am so happy with the results I have achieved in the short time I have been training there. The trainers are so encouraging and motivating. They are always happy to take the time to answer any questions you may have and give great advice. I love how the workouts change daily and challenge you to your absolute limit. The community is great and the gym has a great vibe. If you haven't tried it already I recommend coming in and giving it a go. You won't be disappointed.
