Was served by an older gentleman who wouldnt let me collect my parcel as I didnt have something with my address on as I only had my UK driving liscene! Have now been told my AUS Post Customer Service and that you only need an ID with a name OR matching address - not happy

They seem to be a little confused on what they're doing and every other post office I've been to wear a uniform but these guys seem to be wearing shorts and t-shirts which isn't a professional image in my eyes.

This man has the hallmark signs of being substance abuser!!! Alot of the locals now have boycotted his store
